I had not known when I saw the video's premiere that Jazmine had been making some major lifestyle changes! the video was so attractive for the simple fact that she was surrounded by all that gorgeous greenery. Whose house is thaaaat!? I want to go! It has such a chill vibe. I loved the background the minute I saw it. It was definitely the perfect setting for this new song--Amazing harmonies, good singing, melodic tunes and plants make for an oh so good time! I wanted to share the post workout smoothie that I created after the wellness festival with you interested people. Ingredients: click on any ingredient below to purchase : ) 2 cups of slightly thawed chopped mango (now you should have known this fruit was going to be in it) 😄😜 1 cup of your choice of fresh greens (I used spinach) 1 cup of vanilla oat milk (I used planet oat) 1 tbsp of Moringa powder 1 capful of Now brand colloidal minerals 1 TBSP blue agave Vitamix I prefer fruit for smoothies to not be completely frozen before adding it to a mix. TBH, frozen fruit makes the texture of smoothies way too thick. If there was a continuum between thick and liquified for smoothies, I prefer it to be somewhere in the middle. Thaw your chopped mangos for about an hour before blending. Once the fruit is thawed, combine all the ingredients into the Vitamix and blend for 40 seconds to 1 minute on medium. It's wonderful that Jeremy took the socially responsible route by refraining from having people attend a live show, which would have put people at risk for spreading or receiving the virus. Seated in the audience were marionnette versions of fashion heads, Anna Wintour, Edward Enningul, Nina Garcia, and Vanessa Friedman. Even Mr. Scott himself had a puppet.
