Ingredients: click on any ingredient below to purchase : ) 2 cups of slightly thawed chopped mango (now you should have known this fruit was going to be in it) 😄😜 1 cup of your choice of fresh greens (I used spinach) 1 cup of vanilla oat milk (I used planet oat) 1 tbsp of Moringa powder 1 capful of Now brand colloidal minerals 1 TBSP blue agave Vitamix I prefer fruit for smoothies to not be completely frozen before adding it to a mix. TBH, frozen fruit makes the texture of smoothies way too thick. If there was a continuum between thick and liquified for smoothies, I prefer it to be somewhere in the middle. Thaw your chopped mangos for about an hour before blending. Once the fruit is thawed, combine all the ingredients into the Vitamix and blend for 40 seconds to 1 minute on medium. Why moringa powder?: Moringa is a superfood and natural adaptogen which contains nine e...
