Can RFK Jr Make America Healthy Again?

     Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has been chosen by President Trump to oversee the Department of Health and Human Services. Robert Francis Kennedy Jr. or RFK Jr. as he’s affectionately nicknamed, hails from the very promininent and politically involved Kennedy family. He has a great legacy to uphold as the Kennedy family has so strongly and positively impacted the historical and political landscape of the United States. That family has experienced so much tragedy amongst its members but they’ve managed to overcome. The matriarch and patriarch of the Kennedy family, Joseph and Rose must be smiling down with joy about the impact that their entire lineage has made on society. Water Taste Test Featuring Kangen, Fiji, Essentia, Smart Water, Dasani & Poland Spring

I’ve been wanting to complete a water taste test to compare water brands with Kangen alkaline water and finally decided I’d complete one today. The purpose was to see which brand has the best, purest and the smoothest taste.  Both premium and standard water brands were selected.  The water brands I selected are Fiji Artesian Water, Glaceau Smart Water   Alkaline , Essentia Water, Dasani purified water, and Poland Spring.     Just for some background, I drink Kangen Alkaline water religiously but if I’m out and about and do not have Kangen on hand, I’ll likely purchase Essentia or Fiji water.     The results that I received were not extremely shocking! Remembering Queen Elizabeth! Making her pancake recipe

One day after the last Green News Guide article was written, Queen Elizabeth II passed away peacefully on September the 8 th .  I always thought that the Queen would live past the age of 100 like her mother.  The Queen had been visibly getting more frail since the death of her husband. Even though we all know she was up there in age, it comes as a shock because she was just seen appointing the new Prime Minister Liz Truss two days prior.  It goes to show that nothing lasts forever  and what’s here today can be gone tomorrow.     Queen Elizabeth II was blessed to have the longest reign of all monarchs past and present. Yes, there were some negatives that happened as a result of the early British Empire but it’s important to focus on the positive especially considering that history cannot be changed.  If we can remember or learn anything from the queen, it should be her steadfast loyalty.
