I learned about Mosaic Foods via a Google Ad 🤷🏾‍♀️..  Mosaic Foods is a plant based meal delivery program which is based here in Brooklyn, NY.  Mosaic was founded by two longtime friends who are on a simple mission: To Put Good Food on Every Table.  The meals truly are made of simply, easily pronounced ingredients from fruits, vegetables and grains.  Mosaic customers have the option to receive weekly, bi-weekly or monthly deliveries of plant based meals.  Customers can select from approximately 40 selections: oat bowls, veggie bowls and soups. To increase efforts to improve sustainability Coach initiated a campaign which enables customers to recycle their old bags. Coach is an all American luxury design house which was established in New York and they've been creating much loved leather goods for decades.  Customers are given credit towards a new bag when they turn in their old bags. The design house then reimagines or restores the bag to like new condition.  Coach has four different methods for giving their old bags a new life: 1. Coach Upcrafted:  When Coach customers trade their old bag, coach re-designs the bag and may add elements to it in order to make it look like a completely different bag. 2.
