If you haven't seen the previous post about tomato free ketchup, you'll want to check it out here. maybe you're not into creating or making foods yourself and still interested in avoiding tomatoes! SO--NO you don't have to whip up anything in your kitchen on your own. Here are three tomato free ketchups that can be bought from a store.

1. The New Primal Carrot ketchup $5.99: I purchased this ketchup in Whole Foods. the ketchup has a strong notes of carrot flavor. when tried with foods that are usually good with ketchup, it wasn't exactly what i had in mind but the consistency mirrored regular ketchup very well. i added a few drops of stevia because the slightly sweet flavor characteristic of ketchup was a bit lacking.

2. Fortnum & Mason Beetroot ketchup $8.34: Gourmet Picadilly, London based grocer, Fortnum and Mason has the royal warrant seal of approval. this beetroot ketchup is described as a sweet and rewarding topping on burgers and fries.

3.) Jufan Banana ketchup $3.99: Filipino brand Jufan is a tomato free ketchup with a unique spin. a staple in filipino households, it is made from mashed bananas, vinegar, spices and sugar. during world war II, a shortage of tomatoes hit the nation and individuals resorted to using bananas to replace ketchup.
