Nikocado Avocado Woke up 250lbs Lighter! Vegan Again?!

Image
The Mukbang king, Nikocado Avocado, broke his 7 month silence after uploading a video to his channel last night.   He first appeared in the video wearing a big Panda head mask.  Beyond that gigantic panda mask, there was something noticeably different about Nick!   There was a super thin body under the mask!  Could this be a clone of Nikocado?  Is this really the same person who would down several cheeseburgers, nuggets, stuffed tacos and huge plates of noodles in one sitting?  Nikocado is the self proclaimed mukbang king of the internet and with that title came loads of weight gain. It was a real shock to see him slimmer than what he used to be as a vegan.  At the beginning of the video, he stated how he was "two steps ahead."  He went on to say that he had been a part of one of the greatest social experiments of his entire life and likened himself to being a villain of a story where he was able to have significant influence over his followers while remaining two steps ahead

BLK Water and Fulvic Acid Benefits

WHAT'S BLK WATER?

What’s the name of that really dark drink which appears to be A REALLY dark brownish-black in color?? BLACK WATER! after reading a few reviews about Blk Water, I made the decision to purchase a few bottles to review for the Green News Guide. BLK Water is also made in two other flavors: blueberry and lemonade!

Blk water, the company, was formed by Albie & Chris Manzo and Chris Laurita of the Real Housewives of New Jersey IN 2011. They actually came up with the idea of Blk Water after visiting a food show that featured two sisters by the name of Jacqueline and Louise Wilkie, who are partners at Blk. After their mother had been diagnosed with terminal bone cancer, they created a fulvic acid mixture and gave it to her. Her cancer was miraculously eradicated.
Blk water contains a mineral compound of fulvic acid. fulvic acid is known to Ayurveydic circles as “shilajeet.” It has been used in healing remedies for almost 60 years. Many individuals in these circles refer to fulvic acid as a “miracle molecule.” It is the fulvic acid mineral complex reacting with spring water that turns the water black. Fulvic acid is naturally found in soil and sediment environments and is a product of the biodegration of dead organic matter. Fulvic acid contains prebiotics and probiotics, silica (which aid in collagen synthesis), electrolytes and trace minerals. It is a supercharged antioxidant and free radical scavenger. Ingesting fulvic acid allows for deep replenishment of required nutrients and aids in the process of nutrient absorption in the body.
Is Fulvic Acid or Shilajit Safe to Consume?
Fulvic acid is naturally derived from a plant material, called humus (not the food hummus). Humus helps in the retaining of moisture for soil. For this reason, fulvic acid is also known as Humic acid. Humans are not able to receive fulvic acid from a regular diet. As a result, a number of companies commercially produce fulvic acid in a variety of forms (powders, capsules, concentrates).
A clinical study was conducted in 2012 by the University of Pretoria in South to determine the safety and efficacy of fulvic Acid. Researchers found no adverse effects in participants who were given 40 ml of fulvic acid twice a day. It is a safe and effective alternative treatment that can be used for a range of conditions. At the completion of the study, it was also determined that fulvic acid performed well as an anti-inflammatory agent in participants with severe allergies.
How Is the Taste of Blk Water?
Some may be thinking that Blk water can’t possibly taste great due to it’s black nature but that is quite contrary to the actual truth. Blk water tastes just like regular water. It doesn’t taste bitter or sour or anything of the sort.
The lemonade and blueberry flavors taste good. Basically, if you’re the flavored water drinking type, these will be perfect for you! The flavors are subtle and not overly strong or “fake” tasting! These flavors are sweetened with stevia leaf extract so there is no sugar present. both versions (flavored & unflavored) have 0 calories. I’ve got to give blk water two thumbs up for their sleek, chic packaging! after drinking blk water, there wasn't a significant increase in energy but rather a boost in mental stamina!
The water is being touted as alkaline. As an Enagic distributor of Kangen alkaline water machines, I’d question those claims and any other claims of bottled water being advertised as alkaline water. Blk water claims to have a pH of 8. I'm not sure how true that claim is being that it is made with fulvic acid, which, naturally wouldn’t be alkaline, chemically speaking.
Benefits of Fulvic Acid
Fulvic acid has been used as a secret and ancient healing ingredient for a variety of ailments such as rheumatoid arthritis, cancer, AIDS, autism, anxiety, and Alzheimer’s to name a few. It aids in increased energy, has anti-viral and antifungal properties and also promotes brain health. It acts as a catalyst to increase nutrient absorption and bioavailability in the body, thereby boosting metabolism. Since it is a super-charged antioxidant, it has the ability to neutralize free radicals in the body and encourage cell regeneration.
Dr. Paulus Lining, winner of two Nobel peace prizes, once said:
“You can trace every sickness, every disease, and every ailment, ultimately to a mineral deficiency."
Fulvic acid is believed to have a significant amount of minerals. Blk water, most specifically, has 70 different minerals and electrolytes swimming around inside the dark liquid.
A study completed by researchers at the Public Health Research Institute at Rutgers Medical School, found fulvic Acid to be very effective in treating bacteria infected wounds resistant to medically prescribed drugs. Fulvic acid was used topically to treat traumatic, infected wounds. Accelerated and improved wound healing was a result, proving that fulvic acid has very strong antimicrobial and antiviral properties.
Blk is currently the only water company known to produce a commercialized water with fulvic acid. However, there are many other companies that produce fulvic acid in a variety of forms for oral ingestion.
