     Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has been chosen by President Trump to oversee the Department of Health and Human Services. Robert Francis Kennedy Jr. or RFK Jr. as he’s affectionately nicknamed, hails from the very promininent and politically involved Kennedy family. He has a great legacy to uphold as the Kennedy family has so strongly and positively impacted the historical and political landscape of the United States. That family has experienced so much tragedy amongst its members but they’ve managed to overcome. The matriarch and patriarch of the Kennedy family, Joseph and Rose must be smiling down with joy about the impact that their entire lineage has made on society. Green Festival Expo 2016 Review: Hush + Dotti

There were so many amazing brands and companies that were in attendance at the 2016 Green Festival Expo in NYC. Here is a product review of one of cosmetic company, Hush + Dotti.

Firstly…can I just talk about the name of this company?! Hush + Dotti is such a cute name!!!! Oh, how I love it!  I stopped by the Hush & Dotti’s vendor area when I saw all the pretty organic lipsticks and other cosmetics that were organized on the table.  Dina was very pleasant in answering questions that I had about the products.  I remember asking her if the one shade of red lipstick was the only one they carried.  It was nice but I desired a hue that was a bit brighter!  Instead, I opted for a coral colored lipstick, which looks fantastic on tanned/darker complexions.  The shade name is Dotti.  I also chose a lip gloss that is a glossy shade of burgundy in shade Wendi.  It’s pretty amazing!!  The packaging is really chic and minimal for cosmetics.  The lipsticks are in a standard black tube with white lettering.

I glanced over the foundations but did not see any shades for darker skin tones.  I asked Dina if they will be producing foundations for darker skin tones. Since they had none, she and her partner stated that they will carry more shades in the summer.


The last item from Hush + Dotti that was purchased is the Halo Body Balm.  This body moisturizer is extremely luscious AND so moisturizing.  Dina suggested that I apply Halo right after showering, while the skin is wet.  It is also made to be dually used as a hair treatment or moisturizer. It is chock full of very healthy, fortifying, and skin-loving ingredients such as coconut oil, tahitian gardenia, cupuacu butter, avocado oil and apricot kernel oil.  With just a pump, out comes a luscious blend of the thick, yet smoothing balm.  The gardenia Tahitian scent is really delightful and reminds me of a light smelling baby powder. This is definitely a five star product!

Fenty Hair Line Full Product Review

When I received an email from Fenty Beauty that Rihanna was dropping a hair line, I was super stoked and ready. Like literally jumping up and down. That's how much I love the Fenty Beauty brand.  Listen, Fenty Beauty and Fenty Skin have GREAT products! When Fenty Beauty dropped several years ago, I can remember the advertising so well.  It offered and showcased a huge variety of foundation shades and proved itself to be an inclusive line with high performing, quality and clean products. The First Bio-Based Cars

  Cadillac recently introduced the Sollei , a green concept vehicle which incorporates bio-based materials.  The Cadillac Sollei is an electric luxurious convertible which features interiors made from Fine Mycelium™ by MycoWorks.  The luxury biobased material was grown from mushroom roots.   The material was incorporated into the wireless charging pad, interior door map pockets and behind the screen.   The interior décor is wrapped in unstained wood veneers while the windshields are framed in brushed aluminum.  The Sollei boasts a luxury Manila cream finish, a pale creamy yellow hue that was used in 1957 and 1958 models.
