NEED Brands Launches Herbal Tea for Moms

Pregnant women and new mothers have to face many changes and transitions on the journey to and through motherhood. For new mothers, nothing can be worse than not being able to produce enough milk for your baby. Twin actresses and mothers, Tia and Tamera Mowry, infused their creative minds together in order to develop a product for lactating women everywhere.
Milky, a product of NEED Brands, is a natural, chemical-free herbal tea that assists in a woman's production of milk when taken orally. After having their own bout of trouble with lactation, Tia and Tamera decided to go out and research ingredients that helped to encourage lactation.
Viewers and fans alike were able to see the twins' passion for creating a lactation product for new mothers on Season 3 of their reality show on the Style Network. The celebrity sisters found that herbs like fenugreek and fennel, were extremely helpful for increasing the production of breast milk.
Fennel and fenugreek have been used for centuries in many different herbal remedies. Fennel possesses phytoestrogens and phytonutrients that help to increase milk supply. Not only do fenugreek and fennel have a great ability to assist in increased milk production; they are essential herbs that help to boost the immune system and provide antioxidant protection. Herbs like fennel can be consumed in a variety of ways; as a tea, raw vegetable or as an herb.

Mothers who are picky about the taste of hot herbal teas do not have to worry because Milky is available in a great tasting strawberry flavor. Milky is a product of the sisters' company, NEED Brands, LLC. NEED Brands also provides other products for pregnant women and new mothers. The sisters have expressed their plan to offer a range of products for mothers and children. They will be launching a line of body care products which consists of a hand sanitizer (Squeaky), plant based body moisturizer (Softy), and lip balm (Kissy).
"I think what's so great about this brand that my sister and I have developed, is that this was created by our own experiences, by being moms," expressed Tia.
Milky launched last May at the pregnancy superstore, Destination Maternity. Guests included Tia and Tamera's husbands, Adam Housley and Cory Hardrict. Expectant mother and singer, Tamar Braxton and Chudney Ross were also in attendance. Milky is currently available through Destination Maternity, Motherhood Maternity and A Pea in the Pod. It is also available for purchase online through the NEED Brands website. Consumers can purchase Milky in weekly, monthly, 60 day or 90 day supply.
There has been a gap in the marketplace for all natural, additive-free, vegan products that cater to mothers and children. NEED Brands has certainly fulfilled this gap.
